The musical features the iconic hits of Hotdog.
Theater fans can soon secure seats to Newport World Resorts’ upcoming original Filipino production, “Bongga Ka, ’Day!: The Annie Batungbakal Musical,” as ticket sales officially begin this week.
An exclusive pre-selling window for waitlist members runs from July 8 to 9, followed by general ticket sales on July 10. Tickets will be available online, through TicketWorld outlets, and at the Newport World Resorts Box Office.
Ticket prices are set at PHP 4,500 for SVIP, PHP 4,000 for VIP, PHP 3,400 for Gold, PHP 2,400 for Silver, and PHP 1,300 for Bronze.
The musical is scheduled to premiere in September at the Newport Performing Arts Theater.
The production directed by Chris Millado features a cast led by Atasha Muhlach, Sam Concepcion, John Lapus, Jackie Lou Blanco, KD Estrada, Anthony Rosaldo, and Jeff Moses.
“Bongga Ka, ’Day!” is scored with the hits of Manila Sound pioneer Hotdog, paired with choreography inspired by the disco era.
