New tie-up lets members earn points on hotel and flight bookings.
SM Investments Corp. is expanding its rewards ecosystem into travel after partnering with Trip.com, giving SMAC members new ways to earn points on flights and hotel bookings made through the platform, stretching benefits beyond everyday retail spending.
Under the partnership, members earn 1 SMAC Point for every ₱250 spent on eligible hotel and flight bookings. Points are credited within 60 working days after a completed stay or flight.
The move strengthens SM’s broader strategy of linking retail, banking, property, and lifestyle services into one connected rewards network that encourages spending within its ecosystem.
Trip.com brings scale to the partnership, offering access to more than 1.5 million hotels and flights across a global network spanning 220 countries and regions.
To qualify, members must log in via smac.ph and book through the SMAC homepage. The deal adds to SMAC’s existing travel tie-ups with Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles, AirAsia Rewards, and SM Hotels, further widening its reach in travel and lifestyle services.
ÂÂYour SMAC points just went global. Through a new partnership with Trip.com, SMAC members can now earn rewards on flights and hotels in 220 countries. Learn how to book and earn today.
