Filipino-made projects are sought for Bangkok International Content Market 2026 as global pitching window opens for film and TV creators.
The Philippines is heading back to the international content market stage as applications officially open for the Thailand Content Market 2026 and the Bangkok International Content Market (BICM) 2026 Asian Project Pitching program.
Organizers are currently looking for two high-potential Philippine projects, either feature films or TV series, that are ready to connect with global partners and pitch in Bangkok, Thailand. The selected entries will represent the country as one of Asia’s growing platforms for content development, co-production, and international networking.
According to the Creative Economy Agency (CEA) of Thailand, BICM forms part of the larger Thailand Content Market (TCM), a regional marketplace that brings together creators, investors, streaming platforms, producers, and distributors from across Asia and beyond. The market is designed to help projects secure partnerships, funding opportunities, and international exposure.
TCM 2026 is set to take place from July 20 to 22, 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok. The event is positioned as Thailand’s first international trade show dedicated to content and creative industries, spanning film, television, animation, games, and other creative sectors.
The initiative reflects the continued expansion of Asian project markets and co-production spaces, where emerging and established creators can pitch stories directly to industry decision-makers. Previous editions of Thailand’s content market reportedly gathered dozens of production companies, investors, and streaming platforms while facilitating hundreds of business matching sessions.
Filmmakers and creators from the Philippines who believe their projects have strong international potential are encouraged to apply before the deadline on June 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PH Time).
Interested applicants may submit their entries through the official application form: https://bit.ly/QCxBICM2026.
