BLOOMs call out delayed announcements, unclear reasons as ticket holders cite losses and question management handling of BINI’s international tour.
The postponement of BINI’s European tour continues to draw criticism, with fans calling for greater transparency and better management after a TikTok video detailing their frustrations gained traction online.
Bloom and content creator Phia Jane posted a video explaining why many fans were disappointed with how the announcement was handled. She noted that the postponement was initially shared only through BINI’s Facebook Story, before an official post was released around six hours later.

According to the video, many fans had already purchased concert tickets and spent on flights and accommodations, but received no clear explanation for the delay of the European leg of the world tour. The sentiments were echoed by other BLOOMs, who said the lack of immediate communication left supporters feeling disrespected.
Days after the announcement, Cosmopolitan Philippines reported that the postponement was due to “logistical and production constraints tied to the tour’s international routing.”
The report sparked renewed discussion among fans, who said the explanation appeared to contradict the group’s original statement, which only cited “unforeseen circumstances.”
The issue has since evolved into a broader conversation about how Filipino artists are managed, with many arguing that fans deserve timely and transparent communication, especially when international tours involve significant travel expenses.
The renewed criticism also comes amid ongoing backlash against Star Magic, with some BLOOMs accusing the talent management agency of mishandling BINI’s recent promotional campaigns, including the rollout of the group’s Cebu tour stop.
Fans said the European tour issue has only reinforced their calls for better planning, clearer communication, and stronger management support for the nation’s girl group.
“Sayang ang talent at naabot ng girls kung ganito niyo nalang lagi tinatrato,” one fan wrote.
radar sought Star Magic for an official statement on the online backlash but has yet to receive a reply.
