The comment read: “Tumahimik ka, mawawalan ka ng fans. Konti na nga lang kami, turn off pa sa iyo. Focus on making movies.”
In response, Benedix firmly defended his stance, saying, “Trabaho ng artista ang umarte, hindi ng gobyerno.”
He further emphasized why he refuses to stay quiet amid ongoing social and political discussions. “Tsaka na ko mananahimik kapag ang katotohanan hindi na nilulunod ng ingay at propaganda,” he added in his post, which quickly circulated across social media platforms.
