SM Offices reports a 100% leased 10-tower complex; new expansion adds 20,000 sq m of space.

All 100,000 square meters of SM Offices’ 10-tower Tech Hub in Clark Special Economic Zone in Angeles City, Pampanga, are now fully leased, with demand led by global IT-BPM firms and multinational companies on long-term agreements.

SM Prime Holdings Inc. said the strong take-up points to continued interest in global-standard, sustainable office spaces outside Metro Manila, while further reinforcing Clark City’s position as a growing regional business district supported by improving infrastructure and connectivity.

The Clark City Complex brings together SM City Clark, the National University campus, SMX Convention Center, and Park Inn by Radisson Clark, forming a mixed-use hub for work, retail, education, events, and hospitality.

The blueprint for Tower 11: Green and connected

SM Offices is now developing Tech Hub Tower 11, a nine-storey addition that will bring in around 20,000 sq m of leasable space, anchored by a 12,000-square-meter sky garden designed for collaboration and employee well-being. The project also includes solar energy systems, greywater reuse, low-flow fixtures, improved indoor air quality systems, and structured waste management covering plastics, electronics, and batteries.

The new tower sits above the SM Clark Skylink terminal, linking directly to Clark International Airport via the North–South Commuter Railway (NSCR) by 2028.

Escaping Metro Manila’s gridlock pays off. SM Offices’ 10-tower Clark Tech Hub hits full 100% occupancy under long-term multinational leases.

Strategic relocation for emerging tech teams

If you are a human resource director, a corporate facilities manager, or an IT-BPM business owner adjusting your office expansion strategy, moving satellite teams into regional hubs like the Clark Special Economic Zone may prove cost-effective in the long run.

Securing office slots in Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) accredited buildings grants your business substantial long-term fiscal perks, including special tax exemptions and streamlined customs clearances for imported tech gear.

When hunting for a new office space, look closely at properties that offer real, built-in sustainability and wellness amenities. High-value tech talent increasingly chooses companies that prioritize their health. Selecting spaces that feature advanced indoor air filtration and collaborative green zones directly reduces employee burnout while satisfying your corporate environmental mandates.
