Asia’s oldest national tournament returns to Manila Southwoods in November as DigiPlus expands its global sports push.
DigiPlus Interactive Corp. continues its sports push as it brings the Philippine Open, Asia’s oldest national championship, back under the International Series banner for a second straight year, with BingoPlus serving as title partner, strengthening the country’s place in a growing global golf circuit.
From November 12 to 15 at Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club in Carmona, Cavite, the tournament returns under the same international platform, reinforcing its position within one of Asia’s most established golf events.
The country’s premier digital entertainment provider behind BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone is also helping anchor the Philippines more firmly on the global sporting map through its continued partnership in the International Series.
A direct pathway to LIV Golf

Backed by LIV Golf and aligned with the Asian Tour, the International Series serves as a pathway for elite players aiming for higher competition and broader international exposure. The Philippine Open also puts the spotlight on Miguel Tabuena, ArenaPlus ambassador and LIV Golf League World Card holder, further highlighting the growing presence of Filipino talent on the world stage.
Beyond competition, the partnership is also being positioned as a long-term investment in Philippine sports development, particularly in building pathways for local athletes to reach higher tiers of international play.
“By keeping the Philippine Open within the International Series, we are helping create more opportunities for Filipino athletes to compete at a global level while also strengthening the country’s visibility as a sports and tourism destination,” said DigiPlus chairman Eusebio H. Tanco.
He added that the initiative reflects a broader commitment to support ecosystems where talent development, exposure, and opportunity move together.
With international players expected to compete in this year’s edition, the tournament continues to reinforce Manila’s place in the global golf calendar while drawing attention to the Philippines as a host for world-class sporting events.
