
From conglomerates and property developers to energy firms, companies declared cash dividends as they closed out the first half of 2026.
Major names and emerging players announced cash dividends throughout June to mark the first half of the year, following solid performance in the first and second quarters despite global headwinds.
One significant development was the debut of Citicore Renewable Energy Corp.’s first cash dividend, a special payout totaling ₱250 million.
Conglomerates
Ayala Corp. will issue a cash dividend of ₱30.269 for its Preferred “B” Series 3 shares. Shareholders on record as of June 29 will be eligible to receive the payout on July 15.
DoubleDragon Corp. is set to issue a cash dividend of ₱2.42125 per share on its preferred shares. Preferred shareholders as of July 1 will receive the dividend on July 14.
San Miguel Corp. will issue a cash dividend of ₱0.35 per common share, payable on July 22 to common shareholders of record as of June 26.
Food and beverage giants
Jollibee Foods Corp. will pay a cash dividend of ₱10.60125 for its Preferred Series B stock (JFCPB), totaling ₱95.4 million. Preferred shareholders on record as of July 2 will receive the dividend on July 15.
RFM Corp., one of the largest food and beverage manufacturers, is set to issue a cash dividend of ₱0.08903 per common share, totaling ₱300 million.
Common shareholders on record as of July 8 will receive the dividend on July 31.
Property developers
Megawide Construction Corp. announced cash dividends for both common and preferred shares during the past month.
The company is set to issue a cash dividend of ₱0.145 per common share, payable on August 7 to shareholders of record as of July 23, with an ex-dividend date of July 22.
Series 6A, 6B, and 6C stocks will receive cash dividends of up to ₱2 per share.
Series 6A preferred shares (MWP6A) will receive ₱1.907075 per share, totaling ₱33.9 million. Series 6B shares (MWP6B) are set to receive a dividend of ₱1.99015 per share, totaling ₱23.7 million. Lastly, Series 6C shares (MWP6C) will get ₱2.074825 per share, totaling ₱47.8 million.
Preferred shareholders of record as of June 29 for the three stocks will receive their respective dividends on July 14.
DDMP REIT, a real estate investment trust under DoubleDragon Corp., will pay a cash dividend of ₱0.024253 per common share**, totaling** ₱432.37 million.
Common shareholders on record as of July 31 will receive the dividend on August 27.
Energy sector
Citicore Renewable Energy Corp. debuted its first-ever cash dividend of ₱0.0224 per common share, amounting to a total of ₱250 million.
The dividend is the company’s first since listing on the Philippine Stock Exchange in June 2024. CREC earned ₱1.15 billion in its first full year as a publicly listed company in 2025, driven by various renewable energy projects across the country.
Common shareholders of record as of July 17 are eligible to receive the special dividend on August 12.
Meanwhile, investment holding firm Synergy Grid and Development Corp. is set to issue a cash dividend of ₱0.3474 per common share.
The amount represents the company’s second-quarter payout for 2026, totaling ₱1.8 billion. The dividend will be funded by dividend payments from the company’s various holdings: non-voting preferred shares in the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, as well as common shares in Pacifica21 Holdings, Inc. and OneTaipan Holdings, Inc..
Common shareholders of record as of July 8 are eligible to receive the payment on July 24.
