Actress Kim Molina became emotional after receiving an outpouring of praise for her performance in the film “Wonderful Nightmare,” where she stars alongside her husband, Jerald Napoles.
In a video she uploaded, Kim was seen wiping away tears as she read and reacted to positive comments from viewers who had watched the movie.
When asked, “Bakit ka umiiyak?” Kim replied, “Kasi umiiyak sila sa pelikula ko.”
As she continued wiping her tears, Kim also reflected on the challenges they faced while making the film. “Ang hirap i-shoot nito doon,” she recalled.
The fantasy-comedy, featuring the real-life couple, began streaming on Netflix on July 7.
The film is the Philippine adaptation of the acclaimed 2025 South Korean fantasy romantic comedy. Reimagined with Filipino heart, culture, and emotion, it tells a story of love, destiny, and second chances, blending fantasy and romance in a way that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.
