Kris Aquino gave fans a glimpse of a warm and intimate family moment as she celebrated the birthday of her eldest son, Josh, with a simple gathering at home.

The former TV host appeared in good spirits in photos she shared online, where she expressed deep love and gratitude for her children while also reflecting on her ongoing health journey.

“Happy Birthday Kuya Josh! Had I not been yours and Bimb’s mama, I wouldn’t have had the courage and the purpose to continue with my treatments,” Kris wrote.

She also opened up about the daily challenges she continues to face due to her condition, particularly her battle with rheumatoid arthritis.

“The day-to-day pain in my joints would be unbearable except for the fact that when my legs give up and I’m about to fall, you and Bimb have developed this sixth sense and are there to catch me,” she shared.

Despite her health struggles, Kris emphasized how her sons remain her greatest source of strength and motivation.

“Thank you, Kuya, for encouraging me to get out of bed as you lead me to the living room to watch our favorite shows. You’re the only one who has the power to get me moving,” she added. “My wish is to one day be able to join you for your daily 7,000 to 10,000 steps. You are my inspiration. I love you very much,” she ended.
