Business-Minded Husband (BH) may have married his Big Star Wife (BSW) for all the right reasons: love, and certainly not her A-list fame or fortune (which he also appears to possess). With his good looks and polished upbringing, fans initially view him as a real-life Prince Charming who perfectly complements the celebrated actress.

The monetization of a star

But years into the marriage, insiders say BH has begun feeling the urge to monetize BSW’s star power.

Sources claim he now insists on appearing beside her in brand endorsements and has started meddling in decisions about her projects. Without his approval—and if wala siyang mapapakinabangan—nothing moves forward.

BH has also reportedly been creating content that revolves around BSW, even when she is not part of it, seemingly to ride on her popularity and generate clout online.

One recent endorsement deal, a Lady Radar insider reveals, even falls apart after the brand refuses to include BH in the storyboard for obvious reasons.

 

 

While BSW may believe she is simply supporting her husband’s ambitions, industry observers warn that allowing personal interests to interfere with professional opportunities could slowly dim her starpower.
