Online public bidding happens on August 26 and 27, offering commercial, residential, and agricultural properties across 15 provinces.
The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) is putting 59 properties across the Visayas and Mindanao on the auction block, giving entrepreneurs, investors, and even aspiring landowners another chance to acquire real estate through public bidding.
The two-day electronic bidding runs from August 26 to 27, making the properties accessible to qualified buyers without having to travel to a physical auction venue.
Among the assets are three commercial properties in Lugait and Naawan, Misamis Oriental, areas that PDIC sees as offering strong business potential because of their industrial presence and room for expansion. The rest of the portfolio includes agricultural and residential lots, as well as properties with existing improvements, with sizes ranging from 92 square meters to 12.4 hectares.
The properties are located in 15 provinces across the Visayas and Mindanao, widening the options for buyers looking to start a business, expand operations, invest in land, or build a home.
Qualified participants may register through the PDIC e-bidding portal, where the complete property catalogue, bidding guidelines, and documentary requirements are also available.
