Virtual hugs, Jayden 🫂

Content creator Jayden Fernandez admitted that he is the person in the circulating intimate video that recently trended on social media.

In a now-deleted live video on his social media account, he revealed that the leaked video was uploaded and circulated online without his consent.

“Hindi ko po binigyan ng consent iyong pagkalat ng private stuff na iyon,” he emotionally said.

According to Fernandez, the video happened a long time ago. He also revealed that he did it when he was still single, out of curiosity,  and because he was impulsive.

“Pagdating po doon sa narinig n’yo at nalaman n’yo doon sa video, I admit po during that time single po ako. I tried things out of curiosity, at pinagsisisihan ko,” he explained. “Hindi ko na inisip iyong consequences,” he added.

According to him, after the video leaked on social media, his current partner was deeply affected by the negative criticism surrounding the issue.

“Husgahan n’yo na ako, sabihin n’yo na ang lahat ng gusto n’yong sabihin pero ‘wag n’yo na po idamay ang girlfriend ko, hayaan n’yong ako na lang po,” Fernandez said.

He also took responsibility and apologized to his family, who were also dragged into the negativity, as well as to his loved ones who were affected by the issue.

“I’m really sorry din sa family ko, sa partner ko, and sa family na rin ng partner ko, sa mga kapatid ko,” he said.

As he continued, he also acknowledged the people who still understand his struggles right now.

“Gusto ko na rin po magpasalamat sa mga taong sumuporta at patuloy na umiintindi sa kalagayan ko po ngayon,” he said.

“I’m really sorry,” he ended emotionally.

Fernandez is known as a content creator who went viral on TikTok for his daring approach to showcasing men’s underwear, which he also sold on the platform. He later gained recognition in the local fashion scene as an underwear model for a Filipino brand.

Under Republic Act No. 9995, or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act, sharing or distributing private sexual content without consent is a criminal offense punishable by three to seven years of imprisonment and/or fines ranging from ₱100,000 to ₱500,000.
