Actress and TV host Kim Chiu didn’t let the day pass without greeting her onscreen partner, actor Paulo Avelino, who recently celebrated his birthday.
In a now-deleted Instagram Story, which was later uploaded on her Facebook page, Kim shared a photo of Paulo along with a heartfelt message, wishing him a gentle life.
“Happy birthday @pauavelino. Hope life stays gentle on you the same way you are with other people,” Kim wrote. “Cheers to life!”
On Thursday, May 14, Kim returned to the ABS-CBN noontime show “It’s Showtime” after she and Paulo attended several meet-and-greet concert tours in the USA and Canada.
Kim and Paulo, popularly known as KimPau, emerged as one of today’s most talked-about pairings in 2023 following their intense, non-traditional team-up in the thriller series “Linlang.”
Fans quickly embraced the tandem, labeling it a mature “role reversal” in Philippine show business.
Currently, Kim and Paulo are seen on television in the series “The Alibi,” airing on ABS-CBN platforms.
