As she marked another year older, actress and TV host Kim Chiu spent a meaningful birthday celebration by giving back to people in need.
In a social media post shared by Tess Martin on Instagram, she revealed how Kim organized a gift-giving drive for public utility drivers who were deeply affected by the oil price hike due to the ongoing tensions in the Middle East.
Based on the uploaded photos and video from Tess, the actress gave free full tanks of gasoline and grocery packages to 600 drivers in different areas of Metro Manila.
According to the actress, she was not the only one who funded the gift-giving activity, but also the supporters of her recent “Kim Chiu Closet Bazaar.”
“Thank you to everyone who supported my Kim Chiu Closet Bazaar. Dahil sa tulong n’yo, nakapagbigay po tayo sa 600 jeepney and tricycle drivers ng gas, meal, and grocery pack. Maraming maraming salamat po,” Kim wrote on her IG Story.
