Vice Ganda cancels performance at Jessica Sanchez concert

Guest performers include Regine Velasquez, Gary Valenciano, Martin Nievera, Morissette Amon, James Reid, and Darren Espanto.

Vice Ganda did not perform at Jessica Sanchez’s concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on May 16.

“Much as I [was] looking forward to [performing] in the said concert, I wasn’t able to attend and perform due to some unforeseen circumstances,” Vice said in a statement released Saturday afternoon.

“I wish Jessica good luck and my heartfelt congratulations in advance. I sincerely hope to work with her in the future,” she added.

Titled “Jessica Sanchez Live in Manila,” the concert featured all-star guest performers, including Regine Velasquez, Gary Valenciano, Martin Nievera, Morissette Amon, James Reid, and Darren Espanto.

Earlier this month, another artist also canceled a scheduled performance at the last minute: Sarah Geronimo during Aurora Music Festival Day 1 on May 2. She cited her doctor’s advice to take full rest.

 

 

Much as I was looking forward to performing in the said concert, I wasn’t able to attend and perform due to some unforeseen circumstances.
