12th National Sales Convention at Okada Manila spotlights expansion of Total Memorial Care network, new parks, and stronger provincial reach.
Forest Lake Development Inc. brought together its nationwide sales force at Okada Manila for its 12th National Sales Convention, marking a ₱5.5 billion sales performance in 2025, driven by stronger demand and wider reach across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao through its memorial care network.
Carrying the theme “THRIVE: Ani ng Tagumpay,” the company recognized a significant rise from ₱3.8 billion in 2024, with growth linked to its expanding services and deeper community presence.
Agents, regional teams, employees, and partners were recognized for supporting families through Total Memorial Care services, including Libre Burol, Libing Anywhere, chapels, cremation, and columbarium offerings, services that are increasingly being delivered beyond major city centers as more provincial communities gain access to structured memorial support.
The company now operates 42 memorial parks nationwide and works with 41 accredited funeral homes, while SEC approval has increased authorized capital stock from ₱1 billion to ₱4 billion, setting up room for new developments and service expansion in the coming years.
“This celebration is not only about sales but about the people behind it,” said President and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III, adding that the company’s workforce remains central to its continued growth across the country.
“What began as a small memorial park business has grown into a nationwide organization because of our people, our values, and our commitment to service,” said Forest Lake Development Inc. Chairman Alfred Xerez-Burgos Jr.
