Collaboration with AUTOHUB Group aims to improve parts access and technical support for workshops across the Philippines.

More vehicles are staying on Philippine roads for longer periods, and that is steadily changing how and where repair decisions are made. Instead of being centered in dealerships, a growing share of maintenance now takes place in independent workshops and service centers, where access to parts, pricing, and technical capability often determines how quickly vehicles get back on the road.

This is the space AISIN Philippines is now moving closer to through a partnership with NEXTHUB under the AUTOHUB Group, linking a global automotive parts manufacturer with a nationwide network of garages and service facilities across the country.

AISIN, which supplies components used by major automotive manufacturers including Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, and Nissan, is positioning itself nearer to workshop-level demand by expanding access to genuine parts and working more closely with technicians and service operators who handle day-to-day repairs.

The collaboration includes distribution alongside technical training, customer education, and on-ground support aimed at improving workshop capability.

“As a company, we are looking to go beyond product supply and be closer to the people and workshops that keep vehicles on the road every day,” said Keisuke Fukuda, Chief Representative of AISIN Philippines / AISIN Asia.

For NEXTHUB and the AUTOHUB Group, the partnership reinforces their role as a link between global manufacturers and local service networks, where inventory access and operational readiness directly affect how quickly vehicles return to service.

Executives from both organizations pointed to the same underlying trend throughout the launch event. As vehicles remain in use well beyond warranty periods, repair activity increasingly moves away from dealerships and into independent workshops, raising the importance of parts availability and technical support at the service level.

The partnership reflects how global parts suppliers are adapting to that reality, building closer ties with workshop ecosystems rather than relying solely on traditional distribution channels.

As vehicle ownership in the country stretches further, the workshop floor continues to gain influence over how cars are maintained, repaired, and kept on the road.
