Lola Amour joins F1 Singapore Grand Prix lineup

The seven-member band is currently the only Filipino act announced for the Singapore Grand Prix entertainment program, placing Original Pilipino Music (OPM) alongside some of the biggest names in music such as Grammy Award-winning pop icon Janet Jackson, British singer-songwriter James Arthur, and American rock band Goo Goo Dolls.

The band is best known for its hit songs “Raining in Manila” and “Fallen,” which helped Lola Amour achieve widespread recognition both in the Philippines and abroad.

According to the Singapore Grand Prix Facebook page, Lola Amour is scheduled to perform on October 11 at the DBS Foundation Outdoor Theatre at Esplanade as part of the race weekend festivities.

The Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026 will take place at the Marina Bay Street Circuit from October 9 to 11. Widely regarded as Formula 1’s original night race, the event attracts fans from around the world and features a large-scale entertainment program alongside the on-track action.

As the sole Filipino act announced so far, Lola Amour’s participation highlights the growing international visibility of OPM and offers another opportunity for Filipino music to reach a global audience.
