From pop powerhouses to indie favorites, this year’s winners at the 38th Awit Awards solidified a new era of modern Filipino sound.

The 38th Awit Awards powered by Vibe celebrated another milestone in OPM history as artists were recognized for their achievements in recording, performance, and production excellence. Held on November 16 at the Meralco Theater in Pasig City, the ceremony emphasized both emerging and established talents across genres.

Pop groups BINI and SB19 continued their winning streaks, while indie-pop acts like Lola Amour, Ben&Ben, and Cup of Joe also earned top honors. 

This year’s winners reflect a dynamic and evolving soundscape in Filipino music, one that’s increasingly global, experimental, and grounded in heartfelt storytelling.
