A’TIN are raising concern for SB19’s Pablo after a viral concert clip from the group’s “Crimzone” dance break at the recent Puregold OPM Con 2026 showed him appearing unwell onstage.

In the video, Pablo is seen performing amid the routine while fellow member Stell repeatedly checks on him.

“Ngayon lang din ako nagreview ng vids ko. Pablo’s hand was shaking/trembling na rin kasi here sa Wakas perf. So whether it was a panic/anxiety attack or exhaustion, I could not be sure. I just hope he is well after last night’s event,” one X user wrote.

Fans pointed to visible signs such as hand tremors, unsteadiness, and Pablo using an inhaler, with some interpreting the moment as possibly affected by illness or exhaustion.

“He has a lot going on, I’m not surprised he doesn’t look himself here. I pray he gets adequate rest between shows,” said one SB19 fan.

The moment also highlighted SB19’s close bond, with A’TIN praising Stell’s attentiveness and the group’s support for one another even during high-energy performances.
