The Grammy-winning singer praises the Filipina girl group and says his half-Filipina daughter may one day look up to BINI.

Pentatonix member Scott Hoying recently checked out BINI’s latest album, “Signals,” and revealed that “Honey Honey” is his favorite track from the record.

In a short clip of the group’s interview circulating online, Hoying introduced the Nation’s Girl Group to his audience, praising the Filipino P-pop act for their talent and sharing a personal reason why he finds their growing global presence meaningful.

“It’s a group of Filipina girls and they’re very talented. Having a half-Filipina daughter, I’m like, ‘She’s gonna look up to these girls someday,’” Hoying shared.

The shoutout comes as BINI continues to expand its international reach through major festival appearances, global tours, international media features, and growing streaming milestones.

Hoying’s Pentatonix is also no stranger to the global festival stage. The three-time Grammy-winning American a cappella group performed at Summer Sonic 2026 in Japan, taking the stage in Osaka on August 14 and Tokyo on August 16—the same festival where BINI also performed.
