Villar City’s planned education district is beginning to take shape with the unveiling of the University Town marker and University Avenue.
Villar Group Chairman Manny Villar led the unveiling alongside Villar Land COO Mary Lee S. Sadiasa and Villar City Division Head Engr. Allan Santos.
Spanning 150 hectares, University Town is envisioned as a major education, research and innovation district anchored by the University of the Philippines–Dasmariñas.
The master-planned, mixed-use development will bring together educational institutions, residential communities, recreation and sports facilities, retail establishments and business opportunities.
University Town forms part of the larger Villar City development, with the district designed to integrate education, research, work and everyday life within one community.
