Gold Derby highlights the Filipino girl group as a potential Best Asian Pop Music contender.
BINI is gaining attention beyond the K-pop scene as Grammy predictions put the Filipino girl group among potential contenders for the new Best Asian Pop Music Performance category.
In its latest Grammy predictions, Gold Derby named BINI as one of the strongest options outside of K-pop, with the group emerging as a possible contender for the new category.
“There are a few options outside of K-pop, too. Most notably, Filipino girl group BINI has big support online and could get in with their singles ‘Bikini’ or ‘Blush,’” said the report from Gold Derby, a prominent American entertainment news and awards-tracking website.
The recognition comes as BINI continues to build its international profile through its ongoing “Signals World Tour 2026.”
“The band has broken barriers for Filipino music and has multiple songs with more than 100 million streams,” the report said.
The eight-member group is currently back home following the Oceania leg of its world tour, which included sold-out shows in Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland.
The girls are taking a short break to spend time with family and friends before returning to the road.
BINI is set to resume the tour with a Singapore show at Arena @ EXPO on October 25, followed by a November 15 concert at the New Taipei City Exhibition Hall in Taipei, Taiwan.
With Grammy buzz now entering the conversation, BINI continues to expand its presence on the international music stage.
