John Lloyd Cruz sparks reunion rumors after viral tender moment with Ellen Adarna’s daughter Lili

The video was captioned, “Ang cute ng interaction ni John Lloyd Cruz at anak nina Ellen at Derek. Pero teka lang… nagkabalikan kaya si John Lloyd at Ellen?” The post fueled speculation about whether the former couple could rekindle their romance.

Others, however, urged viewers not to mistake Cruz’s affection for Lili as a sign of reconciliation.
