MJ Lastimosa wants to return to TV with a physically demanding action series fueled by fitness, discipline, and new ambition.
Miss Universe Philippines 2014 MJ Lastimosa shared that if she returns to television, she’d like to headline a full-fledged action series, a genre she feels suits where she is in life today.
According to MJ, her growing passion for fitness has inspired her to explore more physically demanding roles. She now spends much of her time staying active through tennis and golf, activities that have become a regular part of her lifestyle.
Looking back on her acting career, MJ admitted that she previously gravitated toward fantasy projects. Now, however, she’s interested in pushing herself beyond what audiences have seen from her before.
MJ also revealed that she and fellow beauty queen Shamcey Supsup share the same celebrity crush: Jericho Rosales.
With her focus on fitness stronger than ever, MJ believes she’s ready to take on the challenges of a project “na umakasyon ako talaga.”
