Memorial care provider also donates caskets to families struggling with funeral costs.

Families dealing with the loss of a child or struggling to afford funeral services can turn to Golden Haven for assistance, as the memorial care provider extends free cremation and casket donations to those in need.

Through its chapels and crematorium in Las Piñas, the company offers free cremation services for stillborn babies and infants below three months old, helping families give their little ones a dignified farewell without the added expense.

Golden Haven also provides casket donations to families with limited means who struggle to cover funeral costs. The assistance extends to its Golden Haven Zamboanga Crematorium, where the company also supports families through casket donations and other forms of memorial assistance.

“We know that no words can truly ease the pain of losing a child. What we can do is make sure that, during such an incredibly difficult time, families are given the opportunity to say goodbye with dignity, compassion, and respect. This is our way of extending care when families need it most,” said Jocelyn Vivo, head of chapels and crematorium at Golden Haven.

Vivo said the company recognizes that grieving families may also face financial worries while arranging a proper farewell for a loved one.

The initiatives form part of Golden Haven’s corporate social responsibility efforts, extending its services beyond paying clients to communities that need help covering funeral expenses.
