MyNaga 2.0 brings government services, job postings, utility payments and citizen reporting into one digital platform.

The City Government of Naga is expanding the role of its MyNaga app, putting more government transactions and public information into a single digital platform for residents and businesses. The updated app brings together services that would otherwise require dealing with different city offices, from job postings and utility payments to citizen reporting and access to public spending information.

The revamped version of the app connects more than 50 city government offices through a unified digital network as the city government pushes to make public services more accessible through technology.

Among the new features is DisipliNAGA Reports, which lets residents report traffic violations, while its Job Postings section allows users to check and apply for company vacancies.

The People’s Budget Portal gives residents information on how public funds are being used, while the iEngage Program allows them to submit views on proposed city ordinances.

The app also includes Utilities e-Services, where users can check and pay their latest CASURECO II electric bill and report utility concerns, as well as a City Events Calendar and Transport Hub with booking options for bus and plane trips to Naga.

Putting these services in one platform could reduce the time and effort involved in accessing city information, handling utility concerns, finding workers, and engaging with local government.

Mayor Leni Robredo unveiled the app, alongside the former Vice President’s first State of Our City Report on August 18. The app is now available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
