The P-pop group sets a July 31 release amid GRAMMY Museum show, MLB appearance, and major U.S. push.
SB19 is set to begin a new era with the release of its new single “LAWLESS” and its accompanying music video on July 31, as the P-pop group continues one of its busiest international schedules to date.
The announcement comes ahead of a string of major U.S. appearances.
Members Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin will perform at the GRAMMY Museum’s Global Spin Live on July 28, throw the ceremonial first pitch at the Chicago White Sox vs. New York Yankees game on July 29, and become the first Filipino group to perform at Lollapalooza on July 30.
SB19 will also headline the KPOPWORLD Festival & Worldwide Dance Competition in San Antonio, Texas this October, becoming the only non-Korean act among headliners that include Jay Park, The Rose, Jessi, Dean & Tabber, Cravity, Xdinary Heroes, ARTMS, Heyoon, Wonho, and Dayoung.
The group’s teaser photos for “LAWLESS,” featuring a goat on the single cover, also amused fans online. Many interpreted the imagery as a nod to “GOAT” (Greatest of All Time), with one fan joking, “Goat album photo for the P-pop GOATs!”
Another quipped: “Imagine people from the Grammys searching SB19’s name and ending up seeing this goat instead.”
The release marks the start of what fans believe is another major chapter for the group as it continues expanding its presence on the global stage.
