A simple parcel pickup turns into a hilarious banter.

The daily routine of claiming a parcel is usually quick and forgettable. But for one Filipina resident, that routine became one of the funniest parts of her day.

She recently shared her hilarious running joke with their building admin, who has apparently become very familiar with her regular deliveries.

It all started with the usual notification.

“Ma’am, may Shopee po kayo. Cash daw po ba or QR?”

Instead of giving a straight answer, she replied:

“Prayers po.”

The building admin instantly played along.

“I-cash mo na lang daw yung Shopee, Ma’am. Nagloloko daw QR nila.”

Not one to back down, the resident raised the stakes.

“Pwede daw bang pag-ibig na lang? Masaya rin naman ang Shopee, pero gusto ko rin magmahal. Charot lang, Kuya!”

The admin wasn’t about to let the joke end there.

“Sige, Ma’am. Sino ba mamahalin n’yo? Ako na po magsasabi.”

Her response delivered the perfect punchline.

“Sige ba, basta free shipping!”

The exchange has delighted netizens, who said it perfectly captures the kind of lighthearted interactions that make everyday routines a little more memorable.

By the end of it, nobody had said “parcel” once – just Shopee, cash or QR, charot, free shipping. A resident and a building guard, one inside joke, and an orange app that’s somehow become part of the vocabulary of an ordinary Tuesday.
