Set on June 20, Chef Rhoda will headline The Winner’s Table: One Night with Bravo’s Top Chef Season 23 Winner at Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colorado.
Straight from her record-breaking win on Bravo’s Top Chef Season 23, Antipolo-born Chef Rhoda Magbitang is officially bringing her champion flavors on a highly anticipated 2026 national tour via the Auberge Resorts Collection.
The journey begins now in Hawaii for global foodies and proud Pinoy fans who want to taste her Top Chef finale flavors. She is hosting a summer residency at Mauna Lani’s Surf Shack until September 7, reuniting with fellow contestants to whip up collaborative bites like Spam arancini and smoked Mahi Mahi dip.
The winner’s table
But the absolute crown jewel of her post-win tour is this weekend. Chef Rhoda will headline The Winner’s Table: One Night with Bravo’s Top Chef Season 23 Winner at the historic Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colorado, on Saturday, June 20.
The hotel’s Epicurean Passport Weekend is in tandem with the iconic Aspen Food & Wine Classic, with food critics hailing this ultra-exclusive dinner as a “real-world extension of Top Chef.”
Lucky guests will enjoy an intimate, story-driven masterclass in “sense of place” where Rhoda will combine her strict classical French training, her life in Hawaii, and her Filipino roots with ease.
Famous Filipino finale dishes
Most importantly, the event confirms that she will be showcasing her historic four-course finale menu. While her meal kicked off with a California-inspired roasted sweet potato with miso butter and uni, it is the deeply personal heritage dishes that blew the judges away: her elevated Abalone Lugaw, the rich Tortang Talong with lap cheong XO sauce, and the showstopping Beef Short-Rib Caldereta dedicated to her father.
With the room expected to be packed with top-tier food journalists, Master Sommeliers and culinary icons, it is bound to be a monumental celebration of Filipino flavors on the global stage.
Later this year, she will also be bringing her Hawaiian and Pinoy-infused dishes to Napa Valley’s Stanly Ranch and her former kitchen at The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern in California.
When asked what she will do with the prize money, Chef Rhoda says she plans to use her $250,000 (₱15 million) grand prize to take her mother for a dream vacation to Switzerland.
