Revenue climbed 94% while retail fuel sales surged 474% as the company expanded its presence across the Visayas.

Listed fuel distributor and retailer Top Line Business Development Corp. earned more in the first six months of 2026 than it did in all of last year after nearly doubling revenue on the back of stronger fuel sales across its commercial and retail businesses.

The company reported ₱123.2 million in first-half net income, up 61.6% from a year ago and already ahead of its full-year 2025 profit of ₱120.3 million. Revenue climbed 94.2% to ₱3.84 billion, while total fuel sales increased 39.6% to 62.01 million liters.

Commercial fuel remained the company’s biggest business, contributing more than 90% of first-half revenue as demand from industries such as transport, logistics, and construction continued to drive sales. Retail, however, delivered the fastest growth as Top Line expanded its Light Fuels service station network across the Visayas.

Retail fuel revenue jumped 474% to ₱369.2 million, raising its share of total revenue to 9.6% from 3.3% a year earlier. Retail fuel volume nearly quadrupled to 5.3 million liters.

The stronger retail business gives Top Line another source of growth while broadening its customer base beyond commercial clients. Following its ₱1.5 billion follow-on offering in June, the company is also in a stronger position to expand its fuel network in the Visayas, where businesses rely on steady fuel supply to keep goods, services, and people moving.
