Tuesday Vargas defends ‘BalagBAGan’ amid Eva Le Queen-Jade So feud

“While she appeared calm and composed on camera, the reality behind closed doors was vastly different,” Tuesday wrote in a social media post. “I am deeply hurt by the aggressive messages sent to my private inbox.”

Tuesday said she was setting a “hard boundary” to protect herself from severe anxiety and panic attacks, while stressing that she would not publicly release their private exchanges.

The dispute stemmed from Jade’s guesting on Tuesday’s show “BalagBAGan,” where Jade discussed her fallout with Eva and the collapse of “Drag in the South,” a concert produced by Eva’s company, The Playhouse PH.

Eva said the dispute began after Jade experienced a wardrobe malfunction during a “Drag in the South” performance and later uploaded footage of the incident despite a client’s request not to post it.

Eva claimed the upload prompted a major sponsor to pull out, eventually leading to the dissolution of the concert series. She estimated the fallout cost millions of pesos in contracts and affected the livelihood of 180 to 200 people, including drag queens and production staff.

The issue resurfaced when Jade discussed the incident on “BalagBAGan” on July 18. Eva said the episode triggered a severe anxiety attack and that she contacted Jade’s manager, after which the episode was edited and reuploaded within 24 hours.

Tuesday, however, defended her show and production team, saying they were caught off guard by the sensitive revelations and acted to protect everyone involved.

“As a host, I facilitate open conversations with guests. We do not ambush, nor do we orchestrate conflict,” she said.

She said her team bleeped names, re-edited portions and pulled down initial cuts to mitigate the fallout.

Tuesday said she was hurt by being privately accused of being a “fake ally” and having her integrity questioned.

“I found myself questioning my own integrity—which makes me realize why Jade felt so lost and hurt in her own experience,” she wrote.

Tuesday said she had forwarded screenshots of the messages to her legal team for review and maintained that her team had no prior knowledge of the conflict between Eva and Jade and were simply providing Jade with a platform.

“My only wish is for Eva to resolve her issue directly with the people involved, without dragging me, my show, or our production team into the middle of it,” she said.

Tuesday also expressed sympathy for workers affected by the collapse of “Drag in the South,” saying she hoped all parties could resolve their issues and find peace.

“We will continue to run ‘BalagBAGan’ with responsibility, respect, and heart,” she wrote.
