Vicki Belo turns ‘Bato, Bato, Pick’ into high-stakes game with ₱50,000 jackpot

The celebrity cosmetic surgeon celebrated her 70th birthday—and model Nicole Hernandez won the prize.

Who knew that Vicki Belo‘s birthday party could get this competitive… and cash-rich?

In her Reel posted on March 27, the celebrity cosmetic surgeon’s guests can be seen playing the childhood favorite “Bato, Bato, Pick”—but with a high-stakes twist.

Each round came with cash prizes, starting at ₱1,000 per win—with players stacking their earnings as the game progressed. Losing players had to hand over their entire stash.

Among those in the mix are Belo’s daughter Scarlet Snow, actress Ruffa Gutierrez, entertainment reporter MJ Felipe, influencer Bella Racelis, singer Bugoy Drilon, and boxer-model Eman Pacquiao.

By the semi-finals, ₱28,000 was already on the line. The finals had a jackpot of ₱50,000—with model Nicole Hernandez winning and going into “paldo” mode.

“We take games very seriously here 😆” Belo wrote in the caption. “Still rewatching the party videos. This was definitely a highlight!”

Belo, who turned 70 in January, marked the occasion on March 22 with husband Hayden Kho, the “Belo Babies,” and Philippine showbiz heavyweights at Medusa Supper Club in Bonifacio Global City.
