Free platform connects women entrepreneurs with capital, business support.

A new free platform aims to boost the visibility of women-owned businesses through a publicly available directory of startups, investors, government agencies, institutions, and programs committed to supporting women in business.

Kerubin Capital launched the Gender-Smart Investment Map, which it describes as the first of its kind in the country. The map aims to connect women-led businesses with investors who support their empowerment.

The map can be accessed via kerubincapital.gendersmartinvestingmap.org. Business owners, investors, and other stakeholders who support women in business can sign up for free to be listed on the map.

“The map tackles a problem that has long held back women entrepreneurs: capital and women-led businesses often cannot find each other. Women build and run more than half of the micro and small enterprises in the Philippines, yet many hit a wall when they need growth capital,” said Tina Di Cicco, Kerubin Capital managing partner, in a statement.

Before opening the map to the public, Kerubin Capital said it had secured more than 200 startups and institutions to register on the map.

In 2025, women comprised 66% of all business owners in the country and 62% of newly registered businesses that year, according to the Philippine Commission on Women. Many women business owners are also mothers who juggle multiple responsibilities, making access to livelihood support especially important.
