Worship icons ignite the Quirino Grandstand as PMCC 4th Watch celebrates the historic Manila leg of its “Saved, Healed, Delivered” global tour.

Singer-songwriter Yeng Constantino and former Hillsong worship artist TAYA jumpstarted the first leg of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (PMCC) 4th Watch’s “Home Free Global Crusade: Saved, Healed, Delivered” tour at the Quirino Grandstand.

Unbeknownst to many, Yeng, dubbed the Pop Rock Princess, is a devout member of the PMCC 4th Watch, having been raised in a Christian home.

In the crusade’s first night, she led attendees in worship as she performed her hit songs “Ikaw,” “Salamat,” and “Hawak Kamay,” among others.

During a press conference at the Quirino Grandstand, PMCC 4th Watch head and global evangelist Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol revealed that his favorite Yeng Constantino song is “Hawak Kamay.”

“One thing about Yeng is her love for the Lord, and she loves to listen to the Word of God. She has a soft heart for people,” he said.

“She would always tell me, ‘I love your preaching, I’m benefitting from it. I’m getting a lot of good stuff from it.’”

TAYA: authentic worship on solid ground

For the crusade’s second night, Welsh worship artist and former Hillsong member TAYA joined the crowd to perform “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail),” “Broken Vessels,” and “What A Beautiful Name It Is,” along with more tracks in prayer.

In September 2023, TAYA announced her abrupt departure from Hillsong, citing personal reasons after leading the church’s vocals in Hillsong Worship and Hillsong UNITED for almost a decade.

Now a solo artist, she creates her own music and released her album, “The Reminder” last April 2024, produced during her battle with skin cancer.

“TAYA’s music is multigenerational, multicultural; whether you are evangelical or pentecostal, you will be able to relate to [her] music,” Ferriol remarked.

“[She] is authentic in her faith. She approaches her ministry in a very transparent, very honest, very unpretentious way. It’s not difficult to love her.”

A movement beyond borders

What started as an online televangelical back in 2020, the PMCC 4th Watch’s global crusade boasts millions of attendees in over 19 key cities worldwide, inviting artists and people of all faiths. This year marks the Home Free Global Crusade’s first two-night convention since its inception.
