Ahead of Father’s Day, Dingdong and Zia share a special on-screen moment—this time in animation.
Ahead of Father’s Day, Dingdong Dantes and daughter Zia Dantes are giving fans a heartwarming family moment as they join the voice cast of the upcoming animated series “Sun Chaser.”
The real-life father-daughter duo will lend their voices to the project, with Dingdong portraying the villainous Necrofrost and Zia voicing Sessa. The collaboration marks a special milestone for the pair, allowing them to share the screen, this time, through animation.
Other young cast members are AC Bonifacio, KD Estrada, and JR de Guzman.
Manny Jacinto leads the cast as Jordan, while Liza Soberano plays Angie/Queen Mirasol, Charo Santos-Concio as Lola and Eugene Cordero as Archie.
For fans, the casting serves as an early Father’s Day treat, spotlighting the growing bond between Dingdong and Zia while bringing Filipino talent together in one star-studded animated adventure.
The pilot episode of this series created by Bobby Pontillas and Bernard Badion, is scheduled to premiere globally on June 21.
