AlDub fans couldn’t help but feel nostalgic as the twin sisters who portrayed Richard Nidoro and Charmaine Nidora in “Eat Bulaga” KalyeSerye are now all grown up.
In one episode of Eat Bulaga, the twins Kendall and Kylie were seen reminiscing about the glory days of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza, one of the most iconic love teams on national television.
According to their mother, she was a huge AlDub fan during that time, which brought back meaningful memories for the twins and made them proud to be part of the “Kalyeserye” legacy.

AlDub was a massively popular Filipino love team formed by Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza.
They rose to fame in 2015 through the “Kalyeserye” segment of the noontime show “Eat Bulaga!” Their accidental on-screen chemistry during split-screen interactions sparked a nationwide craze.
Their live event “Tamang Panahon” at the Philippine Arena drew tens of thousands of fans and became one of Philippine television’s most iconic moments.
Although the pair eventually pursued separate careers, AlDub remains one of the most memorable love teams in Philippine entertainment history.
