Netizens express alarm over a Red Ribbon branch using warning signs instead of fixing a damaged glass door.

This Red Ribbon’s broken glass door shows multiple “dahan-dahan” signages, serving as a reminder for customers to open it carefully.

In a post from u/riesai26, the frustrations from most commenters are addressed to the Red Ribbon management as the signages only work as a band-aid fix for the glass door and further adds delays to resolve the problem.

The signages from the management puts more responsibility to the customers—making them take the blame and pay for the damages.

“Sila na mismo nagsabi na sira. Eh bakit nandiyan pa? Ipaako ba naman sa customer yung risk,” one user said. “Sana iniwan na lang nilang bukas diba? S*raulo ata manager ng store na yan eh.”

Despite the implied responsibility given to customers, another user pointed out that the management shall fulfill their duty to repair the door.

“Kahit gawin pa nilang wallpaper yan, pag may customer na nagbukas nyan at nasira… worse nasaktan yung customer, liable yung establishment,” another user added.

While this branch of Red Ribbon was not disclosed from the post, some suggest to report the broken glass door and urge the management to repair it immediately.
