foodpanda Libreng Sakay runs until June 11 along SM Fairview, Monumento, and Alabang routes during peak hours.
As commuting costs and daily transport expenses continue to weigh on many Filipinos, free rides are being offered across select Metro Manila routes as part of a limited-time effort to help ease daily travel during peak hours.
foodpanda Philippines is rolling out community support through its Panda-Malasakit Project, centering on the Libreng Sakay program.
From May 29 to June 11, four pink foodpanda jeepneys will operate along SM Fairview to Cubao, Monumento to Baclaran, and Alabang to Mall of Asia, offering free rides during peak commuting hours. Passengers may also encounter small onboard surprises, while participating jeepney drivers receive fuel and grocery support.
foodpanda also brought its Double Tipping program which ran from May 29 to 31, matching every in-app tip so riders received double earnings, with all amounts credited directly to Ka-panda delivery partners.
foodpanda Philippines said the initiative brings customers, riders, and partners together through bayanihan, helping ease daily travel as costs remain high.
The Panda-Malasakit Project continues to expand with efforts focused on strengthening everyday support for commuters and delivery riders within the platform ecosystem.
