Social media activity sparks fresh questions about the trio’s friendship

As speculation about the friendship of actresses Angelica Panganiban, Kim Chiu, and Bela Padilla continues online, fans remain closely watching their social media activity and past interactions.

Recently, attention shifted back to the trio—popularly known as AngBeKi—after Angelica shared a “camera dump” post on Instagram. Kim Chiu left a warm comment on the post, which Angelica responded to, prompting a wave of fan reactions. 

Many noticed that Bela did not react or comment on the exchange, fueling renewed speculation about her current dynamic with the two actresses.

The online discussion grew further after Bela reposted a quote card on her Instagram Story that read, “What looks like absence is sometimes just a person loving you in a foreign language.”

The post expanded on the idea that silence or distance does not always signal disconnection, saying: “The silence is not a message. It is the absence of one.”

It also added, “I don’t mean I don’t love you. I don’t mean the friendship isn’t important… I’m not pulling away or that the silence is a message you need to decode.”

Another passage read, “We get called distant. Self-absorbed. Selfish… our love is inconsistent because it doesn’t arrive on a predictable schedule.”

The repost quickly drew mixed interpretations online, with some netizens linking it to the ongoing conversations surrounding AngBeKi.

Earlier observations from fans also added to the discourse, including past instances of missing greetings on birthdays and notable absences at certain gatherings. 

Some pointed out that Kim reportedly did not post a birthday greeting for Angelica this year, while Angelica was absent from Kim’s recent birthday dinner but sent flowers during a separate family trip.

Bela, meanwhile, was present during Kim’s Chinese New Year gathering, while Angelica was not. Fans have also revisited past milestones the trio once shared together, including Angelica’s wedding and the baptism of her daughter, Baby Bean.

Bela has previously addressed questions about her friendship with Angelica and Kim in interviews, though she did not confirm any issues.
