Wil Dasovich leaps into a river off Cagayan de Oro’s rusted, swaying Flapi Bridge with locals.

Content creator Wil Dasovich took on the Flapi Bridge, also known as the “Floppy Bridge,” in Cagayan de Oro, Northern Mindanao, highlighting the structure’s severely deteriorated condition in a recent video.
“This is the most dangerous bridge in the Philippines that is still being used,” Dasovich said, describing the crossing as more than simply walking from one side to another.
According to Dasovich, the bridge’s “dilapidated floors” leave people with little choice but to climb along its support wires to reach the other side. Footage showed the bridge swaying heavily, with portions of its rusted metal flooring appearing broken and jagged.
But the risky crossing escalated when Dasovich joined local children in using the structure as an unconventional jumping spot.
“It’s another thing to use it as a local water park,” he said before announcing, “We’re gonna jump in the Flapi Bridge.”
Dasovich ultimately dove from the bridge into the river below, calling it “the craziest bridge jump in the Philippines.”
Despite completing the stunt, the content creator warned viewers not to replicate it. He also urged caution around abandoned or severely damaged bridges, pointing to the obvious dangers posed by rust, unstable structures, and whether such crossings remain legally permitted for public use.
The Flapi Bridge is located in Cagayan de Oro and has reportedly become a familiar spot for locals despite its visibly hazardous condition.
