Fresh from his directorial debut’s film-fest nod, Alden launches an anniversary fan meet and teases new roles for 2026.
In celebration of his fifteen years in the industry, actor-turned-director Alden Richards is preparing a special gift for his supporters, a fan meeting dedicated to his loyal fans.
On his social media accounts, Alden shared details of his ultimate fan gathering titled “Moving ForwARd.”
“Join me as I celebrate 15 years of gratitude and appreciation by paying it forward to the people who were instrumental to everything I have accomplished,” he wrote.
Based on the poster he uploaded online, the fan meeting will take place on December 13 at the Santa Rosa Laguna Multipurpose Complex, where he will spend time with his fans and personally thank them for their unwavering support.
Future projects fans should be excited about
In a previous interview with radar Entertainment, Alden revealed that he has several upcoming projects slated for 2026 that fans can look forward to.
“Next year balik teleserye na tayo. Sasabihin ko when everything is final. Mahirap kasi pangunahan pero meron,” he said.
“I’m doing a lot of things on and off the industry pero one thing is close to me and that is my heart as an actor. Wala nang makaka-tanggal non sa akin,” he added.
Aside from his return to acting, Alden has also been active in producing shows, including his upcoming collaboration with IME Philippines Entertainment titled “Wonderful Moments,” produced under his own Myriad Entertainment.
“One of the reasons I’m doing this is because maganda ang platform in promoting the industry and Filipino talent. Huwag nating hayaan na ibang lahi pa ang maka-recognize sa Filipino talent. Alden emphasized that we, especially those of us in the entertainment industry, should be very concerned about this issue. “Kumbaga, we are now given the opportunity to give back.”
Set for December 6 and 7 at the SMDC Festival Grounds, the event promises a powerhouse lineup of world-class Filipino acts including Sarah Geronimo, Ely Buendia, Bamboo, Parokya ni Edgar, Kamikazee, Gloc-9, BINI, Cup of Joe, Arthur Nery, Adie, Alamat, Denise Julia, Dionela, Over October, Earl Agustin, Amiel Sol, and PBB artists.
Prior to this, Alden made his directorial debut in the film “Out of Order,” starring Heaven Peralejo and Nonie Buencamino, where he also took on an acting role.
“Maraming salamat po for all my supporters and for everyone who believes in me. Sana I did not fail you on this movie, and thank you kasi it fuels me to answer the question: what’s next?” he said.
Currently, Alden is set to fly to India after his directorial debut earned recognition at the Jagran Film Festival, where “Out of Order” was selected as a featured film.
