DigiPlus expands Philippine golf’s route to international competition

ADT Open in Tarlac offers qualification spots for Filipino golfers and free public access at Luisita.

DigiPlus is positioning Philippine golf on a more direct route toward international competition with the staging of the 2026 BingoPlus Philippine ADT Open from June 17 to 20 at Luisita Golf and Country Club in Tarlac, where a 132-player field will compete for a USD 100,000 prize pool, roughly ₱6.1 million.

The lineup includes ADT professionals, national team members, players from the National Golf Association of the Philippines, and invited competitors from the region, bringing a mix of experience that reflects the tournament’s broader role in the Asian Development Tour calendar. 

The Tarlac leg is part of a 13-event season spread across seven countries, placing local golfers in regular competition alongside peers from established golf circuits in Asia and the Middle East.

DigiPlus, through its brands BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, is supporting this structure alongside grassroots efforts such as the Philippine Sports Commission-backed Fairway to the Future program. The intention is to build continuity from early development programs into professional competition where performance carries immediate consequences.

The stakes extend beyond prize money. The top two Filipino finishers will earn slots in the BingoPlus Philippine Open under The International Series, giving local players a clearer bridge toward higher-level international tournaments.

Luisita Golf and Country Club will also open its gates to the public for free across all four days, allowing spectators to follow live professional golf without barriers to entry. 

DigiPlus has previously supported major golf events in the country, including the 2025 International Series Philippines, and continues to position its involvement as long-term backing for Filipino athletes aiming for global competition, with players like Miguel Tabuena often cited as examples of what sustained support can produce.
