Family-run One Nadela Medical Group opens Makati and BGC clinics, bringing a patient-focused approach shaped by long-term care and natural-looking results.

A Cebu-grown medical practice that began as a dental clinic more than two decades ago has brought its brand of aesthetic medicine to Metro Manila, banking on growing demand among Filipino patients for treatments that refine appearance without drastically changing natural features.

One Nadela Medical Group, founded by a family of physicians in Cebu, now operates clinics in Makati and Bonifacio Global City as it expands beyond its home market and introduces its approach to aesthetic care to a wider audience.

The expansion builds on a business that traces its roots to a dental clinic in Cebu, which gradually evolved over the years into a medical aesthetics group after building a steady base of patients and experience.

“We didn’t build this brand around trends or volume. We built it slowly through trust, relationship, and the belief that patient experience should always come first,” said Dr. Vinizza “Niña” Nadela-Kong.

That long build-up in Cebu has shaped how the group now presents itself in Manila, where competition in the aesthetic medicine space is already dense and fast-moving. Instead of positioning itself as a new entrant chasing demand, the clinic is leaning on its history and its family-run structure as part of its identity.

The practice is led by Dr. Nadela-Kong alongside her husband, Dr. Jule Yasser Kong, and her sister, Dr. Pallas Athena Nadela-Digamon. Medicine within the family is described as a shared discipline built on accountability and continuity, shaping how care is delivered and how patients move through treatment plans.

“The most beautiful results are the ones that still feel natural, the kind of confidence that doesn’t change who you are, but allows you to feel more comfortable and empowered in your own skin,” Nadela-Kong said.

A central part of One Nadela’s approach is facial harmonization, where treatments are planned around overall facial balance rather than isolated changes to specific features. The clinic emphasizes longer treatment journeys, with procedures sequenced based on patient goals and lifestyle over time.

Its service portfolio includes both surgical and non-surgical treatments, with rhinoplasty among its most recognized procedures. The clinic also offers skin boosters, laser treatments, dermal fillers, non-invasive contouring, and regenerative skin therapies.

The expansion into Metro Manila marks a step beyond its Cebu base, bringing a regional practice into one of the country’s most competitive urban markets, where reputation and consistency often influence patient choices as much as technology and treatment options.
