Healthway opens largest clinic at One Ayala with ₱70-M investment

Flagship multi-specialty center expands healthcare services as demand for preventive care grows.

Healthway Medical Network has opened its largest clinic yet at One Ayala in Makati City, backed by nearly ₱70 million in investment as it expands its healthcare services to meet rising demand.

The 1,300-square-meter Healthway Multi-Specialty Center opened on July 6, offering a wide range of services and medical specialties.

Healthway’s expansion comes as spending on healthcare continues to rise. Data from the Philippine Statistics Authority showed total health expenditure climbed 17.1% to ₱1.56 trillion in 2024, while spending on primary healthcare, which includes preventive care, increased 19.2% to ₱748.8 billion.

The facility features 14 consultation rooms, a surgery suite for outpatient procedures, a 12-slot dialysis center, and a specialized women’s health center. Located within One Ayala, the clinic is positioned to serve commuters, office workers, and nearby residents. AC Health said it accepts a majority of health insurance providers available in the country.

“People have more interest, not just in curative health, but actually preventive health and wellness,” said AC Health chief health officer Dr. Beverly Ho.
