Viral seller Neneng B denies pregnancy rumors, revealing the viral baby bump photo was completely fake.
Viral food seller Geraldine “Neneng B” Olmos has denied that she is pregnant, clarifying that the image showing her with an apparent baby bump was generated using artificial intelligence.
The clarification came after an earlier Facebook post featuring the image led followers—and this page—to believe that the young online personality was announcing a pregnancy.
In a video posted by Joshua Baquilala yesterday, Neneng B was seen at her store preparing juices and sandwiches when the supposed pregnancy was brought up.
She jokingly acted as though she was about to vomit, playing along with the pregnancy rumors before making it clear that she was not actually expecting a child.
Neneng B also explained that the viral image showing her with a pronounced baby bump was AI-generated.
The photo had been accompanied by the message, “May bagong chapter sa buhay. Isang munting biyaya na unti-unting bumubuo ng pinakamagandang kwento,” which was widely interpreted as a pregnancy announcement.
Neneng B became popular online through her food-selling videos and the catchphrase “Ma, anong ulam?” Her story previously gained attention after she chose homeschooling while operating a hotdog sandwich business in Quiapo, Manila.
The supposed pregnancy quickly generated reactions and jokes across social media, including references to “Neneng B(untis).”
As it turns out, however, there is no baby on the way.
The viral “baby bump” was AI, and Neneng B was simply having fun with the internet.
