Support activated across SOCCSKSARGEN after magnitude 7.8 earthquake, with assistance available in multiple St. Peter chapels in affected areas.

Families affected by the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck the southern coast of Mindanao last Monday can avail of completely free funeral and deathcare services, as support is made available for those who lost loved ones in the disaster.

St. Peter Life Plan and Chapels has activated the assistance across its operational branches in General Santos, Koronadal, Davao, Digos, Malita, Calinan, and Toril, ensuring families can access services without delay in areas where communities continue to deal with the aftermath of the quake.

The initiative is aimed at easing one of the most immediate pressures facing bereaved families, especially in areas where access to essential services has been disrupted and movement remains difficult.

The company said it is coordinating with local authorities to help extend reach and streamline the delivery of assistance as recovery efforts continue across SOCCSKSARGEN and nearby areas.
