Six-member group builds international fanbase online, bringing family-driven music and faith to first-ever American concert tour.

After building a loyal international fanbase through social media, Cebu-based family band Missioned Souls is set to embark on its first-ever U.S. concert tour this September, marking a major milestone in the group’s musical journey.

The six-member band is composed of parents Secan and Sheena together with their children Naces, Neisha, Stacey, and Isaiah. Their performances, which showcase not only their musical talent but also their close family bond, have resonated with audiences around the world.

“It is very fulfilling because we are enjoying it together as a family. The children enjoy it too,” Sheena shared during an interview with radar Entertainment.

Concert producer Lerma dela Cruz said the idea of bringing Missioned Souls to the United States came after receiving overwhelming recommendations from both Filipino and international supporters.

“Filipinos, and also non-Filipinos, recommended that I bring them in. I watched their YouTube videos. They’re amazing. I want them to become even more well-known within the Filipino community in America,” she said. “They have a huge international demand. There are many supporters in the U.S.”

The band’s online presence continues to grow, with more than 700,000 followers on Facebook, 328,000 subscribers on YouTube, and over 63,000 followers on TikTok. Their performances have reached viewers across Asia, North America, Europe, and Australia.

Their popularity has also translated into real-life support. International fans have flown to the Philippines to watch their performances and have sent thoughtful gifts, including guitars, care packages, and even cash in U.S. dollars.

“It is satisfying that we are known internationally,” Sheena said.

“We are grateful for the acceptance. We now have twice the fun,” Secan added.

Beyond entertaining audiences, Missioned Souls hopes to inspire stronger family relationships by promoting love, respect, faith, and gratitude through music.

Within the group, Secan plays bass and serves as the sound engineer, while Sheena is the lead vocalist. Naces plays keyboards and bass, Neisha plays guitar, Stacey sings while also playing guitar, and the youngest member, Isaiah, is the band’s drummer.

Their inaugural U.S. tour will include three performances in Texas, two in New Mexico, and one in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

For Secan, the band’s greatest strength goes beyond music. “Unity is the magic. Nakikita kasi nila na isang unit kami. Ang faith din namin, ’yon lagi ang nasa comments,” he said.

Dela Cruz added that many of the requests to bring Missioned Souls to the United States actually came from American fans who have grown to admire the family’s performances online.

U.S. concert promoter Vic Perez explained that the band’s success reflects the global reach of digital platforms and the unique appeal of a family performing together.

“YouTube attracts a universal audience, so a lot of Americans are also musically inclined. They like to listen to music and doon nila na-ispatan ang Missioned Souls. After that, there was a huge interest in the group. There’s something unique about the group because they’re family.

“Very rare ‘yon na magkakasama ang magkakapatid at mga magulang so that’s the unique appeal of the group, and they perform so amazingly well, so ’yong mga Amerikano, nabaliw sa kanila.”

Perez said international audiences have become captivated by Missioned Souls because it is rare to see parents and their children performing together with such chemistry, making the family band stand out from other musical acts.
