Shuvee Etrata waits for the right timing while Anthony Constantino continues his patient year-long courtship.

Anthony Constantino has been courting former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate Shuvee Etrata for more than a year, but despite their growing closeness, Shuvee is in no rush to define where their relationship is headed.

For Shuvee, timing appears to matter more than labels.

“Timing lang naman talaga ang hinihintay ko; I’m not in a rush,” said the Sparkle GMA Artist Center talent.

The pair’s connection reportedly began even before Shuvee entered the PBB house, with Anthony continuing to publicly court her for over a year.

He was also among those who welcomed her with flowers following her exit from the reality show and has joined her during media appearances.

While Anthony has been consistent in pursuing her, Shuvee appears content to let things develop at her own pace.

Their connection has also been shaped by faith. Anthony shared that he had been specific about the kind of woman he wanted in his life, saying he had prayed for someone like Shuvee.

“I remember praying to God exactly the kind of woman that I want in my life, so I’m very specific about the manifestation and prayers, and luckily, God blessed me with Shuvee,” he said.

Shuvee has previously credited Anthony for supporting her “through spiritual healing and emotional struggles,” including patiently making an effort to bring her to church every Sunday.

Anthony, meanwhile, said he is currently in a good place.

“My heart is protected right now. My heart is not broken, I think. I’m in a good place right now. Mentally, physically, spiritually. I couldn’t ask for more,” he said.

For now, Anthony and Shuvee’s story seems to be less about rushing toward a relationship label and more about allowing their connection to unfold when the timing feels right.
